Crisis averted!
As of this Friday the Municipality of Lac-Sainte-Marie will generously provide two portable toilets.
We want to thank the Municipality for their generosity . As a volunteer organization, Velo MSM is happy to get our hands dirty, but our expertise is in trail building not servicing washrooms during a pandemic.
Campers take note, while camping is allowed in our dusty parking lot (no hook ups or service provided), there is also prime camping available with full services beside the lake at the fire hall in the town of Lac Ste Marie.

If you don’t want to clean, the obvious solution is to rent port-a-potties, especially if you expect people to pay to use your facilities. The onus is on the individual to wash their own hands to prevent spread of disease.

We don’t control the washroom facilities. We are a volunteer organization that is responsible for the trails. Unfortunately bathroom facilities our out of control.
