consid\u00e9rablement si je fr\u00e9quente des sentiers au-del\u00e0 de mon niveau de comp\u00e9tences et d\u2019expertise, si je n\u2019utilise pas ou n\u2019entretiens pas mon \u00e9quipement ou si je me livre \u00e0 des comportements interdits, comme le d\u00e9faut de demeurer dans la zone d\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9e ou de rouler sur des sentiers d\u00e9sign\u00e9s comme ferm\u00e9s pour quelque raison que ce soit.<\/p>\n<p>Le risque de blessures caus\u00e9es par le v\u00e9lo de montagne est important, y compris le risque de paralysie permanente et de d\u00e9c\u00e8s, et bien que style=\"vertical-align: top;\">\n<p>I acknowledge that the sport of mountain biking contains risks and dangers to which I expose myself:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mountain biking includes risks of injuries and prejudice from<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Vigorous physical exertion, rapid movements, quick turns and stops, and strenuous cardiovascular workouts;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Mounting, dismounting or falling off a bicycle;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Falling as a result of contact with either natural physical obstacles (including but not limited to rocks, crevices, streams, ditches, trees and tree stumps) or man-made structural bike park features (jumps, ramps, bridges)<\/li>\n<li>Contact with ground objects including rocks, trees, stumps and structural bike park features.<\/li>\n<li>Contact, collisions or being struck by other participants, pedestrians, fixed objects, spectators, equipment or vehicles;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Changing weather conditions and ground conditions such as wet sections;<\/li>\n<li>Extreme weather and temperature conditions which may result in dehydration, heatstroke, sunstroke or hypothermia;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The risk of injury associated with mountain biking is increased significantly if riding on trails beyond my level of skills and expertise, failing to use or maintain my equipment or engaging in prohibited conduct such as failure to stay within the designated riding area or riding on trails designated as closed for any reason.<\/p>\n<p>The risk of injury from mountain biking is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury remains.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\"><hr it is my responsibility to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Only ride or participate in related events if my physical condition allows me to do so safely<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that I am not riding with impaired abilities;<\/li>\n<li>Respect all signs and instructions provided;<\/li>\n<li>Be aware of my level of skills and ability and not ride on terrain that is inconsistent with those skills and abilities;<\/li>\n<li>Wear the appropriate safety equipment;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that my equipment is safe, well maintained and appropriate for the terrain;<\/li>\n<li><strong>WEAR A PROPERLY FITTED HELMET.<\/strong> Access will be denied to any rider not wearing a helmet<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from
