We have worked very hard to with the ski resort management to produce a menu of super high quality, locally sourced food for the inaugural Mountain Fest.
We are sure that you will find the menu incredibly enticing. All beef served at Mountain Fest will be 100 % pure Angus Beef from locally sourced Ferme Sage. Ferme Sage uses Environmental Best Practices Approved methods to raise their Red Angus cattle in an area surrounded by lakes, forests and the Gatineau River.
